These closures are necessary to maintain a safe and high-quality experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding that refunds will not be issued in the event of such closures.

House Rules By booking to stay at our house, you agree to our house rules. 1. Pets: We allow up to 2 small or medium sized dogs (less than 50 pounds) for free. We do not allow cats or other pets. If you allow your dog to get on furniture, please bring blankets for them to lay on to protect the furniture. Dogs should not be left inside our home without another guest present unless they are in a kennel. If this policy is broken, there will be a $300 fine and the person leasing the home will be charged for any damages. 2. Refunds: We do not have control over many amenities affected by things like storms, electricity & water outages, pool, hot tub & elevator repairs, internet or air conditioning /heating issues. We schedule regular maintenance for things that are our responsibility. However, things still break. We have a newer home, so that is in our favor. We will work diligently to repair or get restored any of these issues ASAP. However, we do not issue refunds for these types of issues. 3. No smoking, vaping, illegal firearms or drug use is allowed. 4. Consumables: We stock basic consumables when the house is cleaned. For example, toilette paper, paper towels, coffee, cleaning sponge, soaps, shampoo, etc. If these things run out during your stay, it is your responsibility to replace what you need. 5. Grills: Since we have a townhouse, only the electric grill that we provide is allowed. It is a township ordinance that no type of flame burning grill is allowed. This includes charcoal grills. Any damages or fines related to violating this rule will be charged to the person leasing our townhouse. 6. Hot tub: Please keep the cover on the hot tub when not in use. We schedule weekly cleaning and maintenance so it ready for guests. Our company for this will usually come during the week. They will knock and ask permission to enter. If no one answers, they have a specific code for the smart lock so they can come in and keep the hot tub clean. 7. Check out time is 10 a.m. The cleaners are scheduled to come in at this time to clean and get our home ready for the next guests. Therefore, it is important to be ready to leave by 10 a.m. 8. Mail: No mail may be sent to our rental property. We do not have a mailbox. If needed, items may be shipped to a nearby Amazon locker or UPS store. 9 Damages: We work hard to keep our property in good condition. We are a small family-owned business and expect our property to be respected. However, accidents happen, so please notify the host immediately if something breaks or is damaged so we can replace or repair it. Any damages will be charged to the guest that made the reservation. This does not include small things like accidentally breaking a plate or when a toaster breaks from regular use. 10. Parties: We do not allow parties for those not staying in our home. The maximum number of guests is 14. Party decor like glitter, confetti or taping things to the wall are not permitted. Any extra cleaning fees, damages or fines related to this violation, will be charged to the person leasing our home. 11. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. Please be respectful to our neighbors. 12. Boats: Only 1 boat is allowed to be parked on the edge of our driveway by the field per townhome. While it is very unlikely that there is not room to park a boat here, it is not guaranteed there will be a space. We only have 8 units in our complex, and it is unlikely more than 3 of these will bring a boat. There is only room for 3 boats in this designated area. However, we will not make a refund or do a discount if a space is not available. Please have a backup plan. 13. Commercial Use: No commercial use without our prior permission. It is not allowed to sub-lease our home during your stay.
